Travel advice: Road Closures in Ipswich on Sunday 22 September

On Sunday 22 September the Great East Run is happening in Ipswich. The course winds through town and along the Ipswich Waterfront so expect a high footfall on the festival site before Art Eat opens on Sunday at midday.

Road closures will be in place. We ask our visitors to plan travel accordingly in order to avoid delays.

Full details of the road closures can be seen on the Great East Run homepage: https://www.greatrun.org/great-east-run/event-info

We recommend using public transport where possible and if travelling by car using junction 57 or 58 of the A14 to come into Ipswich on Sunday morning.
